Julie Loubaton is Vice President for Talent Acquisition at Keurig Dr Pepper, where she leads the global talent acquisition function with responsibility for Corporate and Field Recruiting, Executive Search, TA Strategy and Operations, Recruitment Marketing, University Relations and Contingent Labor. Julie has over 25 years of experience in talent attraction and acquisition strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and full life cycle recruiting in the manufacturing, industrial, and technology sectors. Julie's current focus is on transitioning KDP to a skills-based organization supported by an AI-based talent intelligence platform. Prior to joining KDP, Julie had TA leadership roles at HD Supply, Consolidated Container Company, and T/R Systems where she built recruiting organizations and implemented talent systems from the ground up. Julie holds a bachelor's degree from Union College in Schenectady, NY and attended graduate school at the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
