Josie Trine is the VP, HR Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures and Enterprise Transformation at Medtronic. Driven by Medtronic’s Mission, Josie’s organization aims to transform the Medtronic enterprise and workforce construct to accelerate strategy execution, scale AI-enabled transformation, and convert complexity into competitive advantage. His organization covers all HR merger, acquisition, divestiture and related transition leadership, as well as enterprise organization design, workforce transformation strategy, and enterprise transformation leadership. A central focus of his at Medtronic is AI-driven value realization and associated workforce philosophy, work and organization redesign and change management.  

  Josie has led in executive, strategic capacities at large firms including ABM Industries, Dell Technologies and General Electric. His experience ranges between HR CoE and HR Business Partner roles and measures success based on driving sustainable revenue generation, enhanced innovation capability and margin growth.
