Her research focuses on learning and development, dynamic skilling, performance enablement, AI-first learning transformation, and the evolving role of L&D in business transformation. She brings a strong interest in behavioral science and how people learn, grow, and perform at work.
Jordan began her academic journey in neuroscience before earning a master’s degree in human resources. She is also a certified HR practitioner and brings experience across multiple industries, including commercial real estate, higher education, industrial automation, retail, and transportation.
