Jody Block is the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations at Ford Motor Company, where he leads global initiatives focused on transforming talent acquisition through AI, technology innovation, analytics, and process optimization. With more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, operations, recruiting technology, workforce planning, and organizational transformation, he is passionate about building scalable, data-driven solutions that improve hiring outcomes and experiences.   

Throughout his career, Jody has held leadership roles at Ford, GoDaddy, Chewy, XPO Logistics, Avanade, and Accenture, leading global teams and driving talent acquisition strategies across North America, Europe, LATAM, and APAC. He has led large-scale HR technology implementations, operating model transformations, analytics programs, and process redesign efforts that improve efficiency, enhance recruiter effectiveness, and deliver measurable business impact.  

Today, Jody is focused on advancing Ford's talent acquisition transformation through the strategic application of AI, technology, and data-driven decision-making.
