As an experienced executive operator, Jenny Dearborn has been a 5-time Chief Learning Officer, 2-time Chief Talent Officer, and 3-time Chief People Officer. At BTS, she supports internal People Operations and works with clients globally on a range of talent development and leadership projects. Earlier in her career, she led talent transformation for 90,000 employees at SAP. Jenny has authored two best-selling business books, and her third, The Insight-Driven Leader, will be published in 2025.
