Jennifer Tracy is the Vice President of Talent Attraction and Acquisition at Charter Communications, operating under the Spectrum brand. In this role, Jennifer co-leads the Talent Acquisition Council, guiding the organization’s talent strategy. She leverages her teams to activate the Spectrum employment brand across social media, contingent labor initiatives, recruiting technologies, and talent programs and pipelines to hire top-tier talent. Previously, Jennifer served as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Diversity at Bright House Networks, which was acquired by Charter in May 2016. She also held recruitment and operational leadership roles at Comcast Corporation, L Brands, and Aramark Corporation. Jennifer’s expertise spans all levels of hiring, from hourly to executive talent, with a strong emphasis on talent systems, talent pipeline programs, and employment branding. She holds both a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University. Most recently, she completed the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute program with Class 47.
