Jenn Boden

In her role as Senior Vice President - HR Technology, Insights, and Employee Experience at AT&T, Jenn is responsible for the strategy and evolution of the company’s HR technology ecosystem, enabling data-driven talent decisions, and AI-enabled workforce solutions. 

Throughout her career, Jenn has led large-scale transformations spanning HR, engineering and business operations. She is able to combine deep expertise in people processes and technology to deliver effective human-centered employee experiences. 

Jenn started her career in computer science education, transitioning into the corporate world leading several engineering and infrastructure teams. She joined Amazon in 2008 in an engineering role, and later transitioned into the People Team where she spent the majority of her Amazon-career, leading recruiting, talent management, and HR teams. Prior to joining AT&T, Jenn was at Snap, Inc, where she led several HR and business functions including Global HR & Talent Management, Engineering Operations, and Customer Operations.
