As the Head of Sales for Inspira’s Health & Benefits division, it is Jeff’s responsibility to execute the organizations go-to-market strategy, and build strategic partnerships and alliances that grow revenue, improve client and participant satisfaction and engagement. Jeff draws on his experience in both the group benefits insurance space and defined contribution retirement plan recordkeeping space, to identify strategic relationships that create value for all. Jeff’s professional career has included sales, sales leadership, marketing, M&A experience, and roles on the executive and senior leadership teams of companies. Jeff joined Inspira recently as the Chief Revenue Officer of a recent Inspira acquisition, BRI. Before BRI, he led the employer services division of one of the nation’s largest healthcare systems, which specialized in innovative solutions designed to help large self-funded employers mitigate the rising cost of healthcare for their employees. He also spent 17 years at Paychex in the defined contribution recordkeeping, HR outsourcing and group insurance divisions. Jeff worked on his undergraduate degree while serving in the United States Marine Corps as a non-commission officer, graduating from the University of Phoenix with a degree in Global Business Management.
