Jeff is a Principal Product Manager on the dedicated AI Product team at G-P. He currently leads G-P Assist, the orchestrated agentic assistant that helps G-P customers, professionals and contractors self-solve their questions and concerns, seamlessly routing to human support whenever it proves necessary. He also led launch initiatives for G-P Gia, the AI operating system for HR and legal teams.
Jeff is a 18-year search and machine learning veteran, and previously led AI and machine learning-based transformations at Monster.com, eBay, and Playstation before joining G-P. He is passionate about the ethical use of AI to empower and amplify the voices of the humans who use and depend on it.
