Jayson Saba, VP of Portfolio Marketing, is responsible for UKG’s product, services, and industry marketing, as well as competitive intelligence and analyst relations. Jayson brings over 20 years of experience in the space, and before UKG he held leadership roles in marketing strategy, market research, competitive intelligence, and analyst relations at Ceridian. Considered an expert on HR tech, he was the lead analyst covering core HR, Workforce Management, and Outsourcing at the HCM practice of Boston-based Aberdeen Group. During his tenure, he wrote and published over 100 research papers and benchmark reports. In addition to his research, he continues to blog, speak at HR events, and contribute to leading HR and industry-leading publications such as The Economist, CIO, HR Executive, HRO Today, PAYTECH, Talent Management, and Workforce Management magazines. His blogs have been featured on TLNT, ERE, Wired, the Huffington Post, and others. Before Aberdeen, Jayson helped develop and launch a suite of self-service retirement benefit tools at Fidelity Investments. Jayson has been an adjunct professor at UMASS-Lowell and has sat on various advisory boards including startups, non-profits and HR professional trade associations.
