He is responsible for growth, performance, and the overall customer experience for the HR platform. Jason’s teams are committed to delivering moments that matter for complex and global enterprises. Prior to RedCAT, Jason was the Chief Digital Officer and led the next-generation licensing and buying experiences for Cisco Systems. He also championed the intersection between digital, business transformation, and the end user journey as their Global HR leader for People and Communities. Jason’s passion for human resources accelerated during his tenure at Kaiser Permanente where he oversaw HR delivery for more than 600K employees and retirees. His people-centered leadership approached spanned HR delivery and engineering, creating widely recognized benefits throughout each organization he’s led.
