Jason Lee is an American businessman and technology entrepreneur. Jason has dedicated his life to building new technology that empowers low income people to unlock their financial progress. Jason was the founder and CEO of DailyPay - the pioneer in earned wage access - which he started in his basement and grew into a $2 billion enterprise before exiting in 2022. In 2022, Jason founded Salt Labs to empower the same population of people to successfully build savings through its cutting-edge technology. Jason sold Salt Labs in 2024 to Chime Financial for ~$175 million. Jason is an operating partner at Third Prime Capital, advisor, and board member to several early-stage technology companies. Jason is a University of Pennsylvania graduate and resides in New York City with his wife and three children.
