Ian White is Founder and CEO/CTO of ChartHop, the organizational intelligence company he launched in 2018 to bring healthy transparency to how organizations see, plan, and manage their workforce. A technical founder, Ian was co-founder and CTO of Sailthru, where he built the email personalization platform behind 10 billion messages a month and led product and engineering through a $100M+ exit. Earlier, as Business Insider’s first engineer and Head of Engineering, he architected the publishing platform behind the world’s leading business media site. Ian studied at Brown University.
