Hitesh Dholakia is the Group Vice President of AI at Cornerstone, where he leads the company’s vision to harness artificial intelligence and machine learning to drive workforce transformation, putting people at the center of innovation. A recognized product and AI leader, Hitesh is passionate about using technology to empower employees, build inclusive cultures, and unlock human potential at scale. Before joining Cornerstone, Hitesh was CEO of Petuum, a SoftBank Vision Fund-backed enterprise AI company. He also served as Chief Product Officer at Blackwood Seven, helping Fortune 500 companies lead marketing transformation with AI. Earlier in his career, he held impactful leadership roles at eBay and Yahoo!, delivering pioneering products and data science solutions. Hitesh earned his Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He is the author of a foundational AI patent and multiple publications in classical AI.
