Before UKG, Gretchen served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Employee Workflows at ServiceNow, growing the business from a single product into a multi-product portfolio and delivering more than 25% NNACV growth for three consecutive years. Previously, she spent 15 years at Oracle, helping shape Oracle Fusion HCM Applications and scale Oracle HCM Cloud to more than 6,000 customers worldwide.
A thought leader on the future of work, employee experience, and AI, Gretchen speaks at industry conferences and executive forums. She holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a bachelor's degree from Stanford University and advocates for women in technology and leadership.
