GK Gangadhar Konduri is the head of product at G-P, the recognized leader in global employment, ranked No. 1 in every industry analyst report. Gangadhar is a customer-obsessed, results-oriented leader with 24+ years of experience in product & engineering leadership roles across startups, mid-sized and large companies. He built and launched SaaS/PaaS products with built-in AI/ML, re-platformed products, led and integrated acquisitions, and grew mature product lines. He built, led, and scaled large distributed global organizations, bringing to the fore his deep technical & broad business skills. Previously, Gangadhar was the head of Product and Design at Medallia, the Customer Experience leader ($800M+ ARR) leading global teams across multiple product lines. Prior to this he was responsible for the core CX and EX businesses of the Medallia Experience Cloud and prior to that he helped launch the Medallia Digital CX Suite, leading the integration of the acquisitions - digital experience analytics and Journey orchestration - and grew the business by 140% in 5 quarters from a $50M ARR base.
