Gianna currently serves as Chief People Officer at One Workplace, where she leads the company’s People & Places strategy and partners with leadership to strengthen culture, talent, leadership effectiveness, and employee experience. Previously, Gianna served as Chief People Officer at OpenTable and Lattice, and as Chief Human Resources Officer at Exabeam, a global cybersecurity company. Across her career, she has focused on scaling leadership, evolving talent strategy, and building high-performing, human-centered workplaces. Gianna is a recognized thought leader in the HR community and has been featured in Fortune, Forbes, U.S. News & World Report, Insider, and The Wall Street Journal. She is also a frequent speaker on leadership, workplace culture, AI, the future of work, and designing organizations where people and innovation thrive together. Outside of work, Gianna serves on the Board of Project PEARLS, a nonprofit supporting underserved communities in the Philippines through education, healthcare, hunger relief, and livelihood programs.
