Gerry Crispin is a lifelong student of hiring and a passionate advocate for improving the candidate experience. In 1996, he founded CareerXroads to help transform hiring practices. Today, alongside business partner Chris Hoyt, he co-leads a thriving community of Talent Acquisition leaders from 100+ major employers. In 2010, Gerry co-founded Talentboard, a nonprofit dedicated to defining and advancing research around the candidate experience—an area he has been deeply committed to for over 30 years. In 2017, Gerry was one of several industry leaders responsible for launching the Association for Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP) A thought leader in the field, Gerry has co-authored eight books on the evolution of staffing and published hundreds of articles and whitepapers. With more than five decades in HR leadership, he remains deeply engaged in the global talent landscape, regularly co-leading international delegations of CHROs and TA executives to explore hiring practices and workforce trends around the world.
