Fiona is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in human resources across banking, consulting and technology. She has excelled in a range of roles including HR Business Partner, Career Development, Compliance, Employer Relations, Analytics, Systems, Operations, and Planning. Her current role at Docusign is a member of the People Leadership Team and Chief of Staff to the CPO as the VP, People Strategy, Systems & Compliance. She leads a portfolio of teams including People Systems & Operations, People Analytics, Policy, Compliance & Employer Relations. She represents the People team in building our company wide OKRs as a leader on Docusign’s Responsible AI Council, ensuring we meet the expectations of trust our brand is known for.
