Erin Faverty is Managing Partner and COO of PeopleTech Partners, a community of more than 550 senior People executives and 100 emerging workforce startups driving what's next in work. She has spent nearly two decades in healthcare, workforce and financial technology as an operator, investor, advisor and ecosystem builder. Through all of it, her focus has stayed the same: driving innovation from promising early products into category-defining, scalable solutions.

Erin was an early leader at LeaveLogic, partnering to bring the first leave-navigation platform to market, building its customer experience through the company's acquisition by Unum Group. She was also the first customer-facing hire at both Apixio (acquired by Centene), and Origin Financial, where she built Customer Success from pre-revenue into successful growth engines. She also previously led investor relations, platform and ecosystem strategy at an early-stage venture fund and played a central role in raising nearly $200 million for workforce and healthcare investments, and now leads PeopleTech Invest, an investment syndicate focused on People and HR solutions. As an extension of her work at PTP she also leads ecosystem and partnerships at the nonprofit FamTech.org, bringing her healthcare and workforce experience to the fast-growing market for family and caregiving solutions.
