Liz Sheridan is Director, People Insights at Klick Health, where she has built the company's people analytics capability from a blank slate. Since moving into the role in 2018, she has led the selection and implementation of Klick's core HR technology stack, established the data foundation beneath it, and evolved the function from manual, ad hoc reporting into an insights engine supporting workforce planning, talent strategy and executive decision-making across a 2,000-person organization.
She does that work with a small team inside a business that moves fast and experiments openly, which has given her unusual room to apply AI to people data while holding the line on reliability and trust.
