Edward has been developing digital solutions to help WTW clients make sense of and act upon HR data for the last decade. He has deep experience leading enterprise scale data, analytics and machine learning projects and is currently leading the development of large language model-based solutions. He has a knack for identifying needs and creating quick-to-build solutions with available resources while planning for long-term road maps. A Business Analyst at heart, he learned Lean Six Sigma from one of the original practitioners and is trained in a variety of problem-solving frameworks that lead teams through complexity and ambiguity. His current work in AI is rooted in skills based on his focused in analytics product development, creation of a modern data warehouses, and establishing business architectures.
