Eduardo Ramos is a Human Resources leader with over a decade of experience in building and scaling HR programs and frameworks within innovative and fast-growing organizations. As a Senior Staff Total Rewards Analyst at Boston Dynamics, he leads critical initiatives in compensation, benefits, and global workforce expansion. In his current role, Eduardo serves as the primary liaison between Boston Dynamics and G-P, facilitating the company’s international hiring strategy and global expansion. Since joining Boston Dynamics in 2020, Eduardo has also led efforts to modernize talent acquisition, drive DEI&B-focused initiatives, and implement new technology platforms across the organization. Previously, he held HR and benefits roles at Eastern Bank and the New England Conservatory, where he specialized in compliance, employee engagement, and systems optimization. Eduardo brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to building scalable HR programs that support innovation and growth.
