Dave is the Chief Talent Officer for Deloitte. He is responsible for talent strategy, full-lifecycle program design, service delivery, technology, and strategic investments to improve the talent experience of Deloitte’s professionals and achieve sustained, profitable growth. Previously, he was the Chief Talent Officer for Deloitte’s Consulting business. He has been with Deloitte for more than 25 years as a human capital leader helping global businesses develop talent strategies and modernize their programs and technologies. He is also the chairperson of a nationally recognized non-profit organization that increases economic mobility and is a leading thinker on creating a skills-first workforce. Dave holds a degree in Political Science from Saint Michael’s College and an M.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
