Darcy Mackay is Rippling’s SVP of HR and Client Services where she leads a global team responsible for the strategy, development and implementation of Rippling’s people experience and programs, including compensation, learning and development, organizational design, HR and employee relations, recruiting, and workplace. Before joining Rippling, Darcy held multiple global leadership roles over the course of 21 years at CBRE, including Group President, Global Workplace Solutions Enterprise Accounts, Central Division where she managed global operations and led a team of 9,000 employees; West Division overseeing teams of 5,000 employees; head of Global Transaction Management; and head of EMEA Client Accounts while based in London. Darcy earned a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and a Master of Public Policy with an emphasis in real estate and land use economics from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley. She lives in the Bay Area and is an avid equestrian, yoga practitioner and cook.
