As Global Head of People & Culture Technology Strategy at Sanofi, she is responsible for reimagining how this leading R&D-driven, AI-powered biopharmaceutical organization leverages data, platforms, and emerging technologies to shape the future of work. Danielle brings a unique perspective grounded in hands-on experience modernizing large-scale HR ecosystems—rationalizing complex system landscapes, embedding AI into the flow of work, and enabling data-driven decision-making at every level of the organization. She is widely recognized for her expertise in data governance, interoperability, and people analytics, and for her ability to turn technological innovation into tangible workforce outcomes. Danielle focuses on the practical realities of HR transformation in an era of rapid change—helping leaders navigate AI adoption, evolving workforce models, and the growing importance of skills-based organizations alongside AI task automation. Before joining Sanofi, Danielle held leadership roles at Mercer and Royal Bank of Canada, where she designed cutting-edge people analytics and workforce benchmarking solutions. Danielle is a graduate of Trinity College at the University of Toronto, the University of Waterloo, and Harvard Business School.
