Cynthia Hoac is the Business Lead for Oracle Cloud HCM Applications, part of the Customer Growth Solution Engineering group. She works with existing HCM customers to expand their usage, adoption and footprint throughout North American and all industry verticals, including Products, Services, Retail/Consumer/Distribution, Manufacturing, Higher Education, and Healthcare.
