Cindi Harper

Cindi is Vice President of People Solutions at Intel, where she leads the company’s global organization responsible for delivering integrated HR experiences across the candidate and employee lifecycle through services, technology and insights. In this role, she is advancing Intel’s HR technology strategy and driving scalable, people-centered solutions that simplify how employees engage with HR while enabling the business to grow. 

With more than 30 years at Intel, Cindi brings deep experience leading HR transformation and enterprise workforce initiatives. She previously served as Vice President of Talent Planning & Acquisition, where she led global talent planning and talent acquisition to support Intel’s business strategy. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles across HR M&A, HR for HR, Employee Services, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, and Business HR. 

Cindi is known for driving strategic transformation and building strong, collaborative teams that translate strategy into meaningful outcomes for the business and employees. 

She lives in Arizona and holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree with a major in Human Resources from Arizona State University. She has two sons, Cole and Zach, and enjoys traveling with her family, watching sports, practicing yoga, and playing pickleball.
