Christine Nichlos is the founder and CEO of People Science, a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and talent acquisition advisory firm, and the creator of Hiregate, a recruiting operations platform that gives talent acquisition teams greater visibility into their people, processes, and performance. Since founding People Science in 1997, Christine has dedicated her career to solving complex hiring challenges and transforming how organizations find, engage, and hire talent.

Under Christine’s leadership, People Science has developed innovative methodologies, systems, and services spanning talent acquisition advisory, RPO, recruitment delivery, and recruiting technology. Her work reflects a practical understanding of what organizations need to build effective talent strategies - and how recruiting teams can connect their efforts to meaningful business outcomes.

Christine pioneered the “Recruiting Continuum,” a comprehensive talent acquisition methodology that has become a cornerstone of People Science’s work. It helps organizations strengthen recruiting operations, improve decision-making, and respond more effectively to evolving workforce needs.

Christine and team created Hiregate to address the operational gaps left by traditional applicant tracking systems. Hiregate works alongside an organization’s existing ATS, connecting candidate activity, requisitions, team workflows, communication, and reporting in one shared workspace. The platform provides recruiting leaders with clearer insights into team performance, sourcing effectiveness, capacity, bottlenecks, candidate outcomes, and recruiting ROI.
