Chris Garon is Associate Vice President, People & Culture – Talent Acquisition at The Campbell’s Company, where he leads enterprise talent acquisition, executive recruiting, early career programs, recruiting operations, and talent technology transformation. Prior to Campbell’s, he spent nearly 15 years leading HR and talent acquisition teams at Lowe’s Home Improvement and more than 26 years serving in the U.S. Air Force. Drawing on leadership experience across military, retail, manufacturing, and corporate environments, Chris brings a unique perspective on talent strategy, organizational transformation, and building high-performing teams through periods of rapid change.
