Charles is a Vice President – Strategic Account Executive based in Tennessee. His primary responsibility is managing all aspects of the client relationship for organizations where Alight provides broad services across both our health, leaves, & wealth solutions. His focus is helping senior level HR/Benefits and business leaders design and implement strategies and solutions to address their HR challenges. Charles helps our clients manage their human capital to empower their business objectives. He assists clients with developing technology-forward solutions that help meet their needs across HR, leaves, and benefits administration while determining specific measures of success and implementing their administration systems.
