Casey Caram

A human capital practice leader at Deloitte, Casey Caram drives the organization, workforce, and change components of enterprise and business transformations. He specializes in organization design and effectiveness, the people-related aspects of finance and finance transformation, and talent strategy, transition, and transformation in operate-to-transform contexts. 

His practice leadership responsibilities include: US Market Offering Leader for Organization Design + Effectiveness, US Human Capital Finance Transformation Co-leader, and US T3 for Operate Leader - Human Capital Operate CoE. 

Casey has worked closely with many of the nation’s top organizations at both the functional and cross-functional/corporate levels to help them make smart decisions and implement efficiently to drive organizational performance. He brings executive experience and insight backed by more than a decade of generating value for businesses by setting the strategy and making it operational to produce results. 

Prior to Deloitte, he was an entrepreneur and non-profit CEO. Casey holds an MBA in strategy and leadership from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler School of Business.
