Byron Matthews is CEO of Careerminds, where he leads the company’s global strategy, growth, and continued evolution of technology-enabled solutions for workforce transformation. With extensive experience spanning human capital, organizational consulting, and enterprise transformation, Byron brings an executive perspective to the challenges leaders face as changing markets and technologies reshape the capabilities their organizations need. 
 
Prior to Careerminds, Byron served as Chief Commercial Officer of Korn Ferry Digital and CEO of Miller Heiman Group. His earlier leadership roles include Mercer and Aflac, following more than a decade at Accenture advising large enterprises on business transformation. Throughout his career, Byron has focused on translating shifting business priorities into strategies and capabilities that help organizations adapt and grow. 
 
Byron holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
