Bhawna Bist is a Managing Director in Deloitte's Human Capital practice with over 20 years of experience advising global organizations on designing and activating HR transformation strategies that elevate the human experience and drive measurable business impact. She brings a unique dual perspective to her work, having started her career as an HR professional, then led a Global Talent Acquisition function, before transitioning into HR consulting.​

​Bhawna leads Deloitte's Talent Acquisition Transformation market offering, bringing insights and innovation to design strategies and activate solutions that help organizations rethink how they attract and hire talent. She also leads the development of the firm's point of view on Artificial Intelligence in Talent Acquisition, helping clients navigate how AI is reshaping the future of recruiting.​

​Bhawna holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University's ILR School. Her multicultural work experience spans Asia, Europe, and North America, giving her a truly global perspective on the evolving world of work.​
