Baharak Razavi is a Senior Program Manager with an engineering background at Leidos with more than 15 years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale technology programs. She currently serves as an AIML Sr. Program Manager, where she drives the execution and adoption of AI and machine learning initiatives that enable measurable business transformation. Throughout her career, Baharak has specialized in forming, leading, and managing high-performing technical teams across testing, quality assurance, and advanced technology domains. Prior to her current role, she served as Deputy Program Technical Manager and led the Testing Excellence Center at Leidos, establishing scalable frameworks and governance models that improved delivery quality and operational efficiency. With a background spanning semiconductors, telecommunications, and enterprise software, Baharak brings a pragmatic, execution-focused perspective to AI implementation. In her role within the Office of Technology, she partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate innovation into operational results. As a co-presenter for AI-Powered HR Workforce Transformation, Baharak offers a technology leadership lens on how organizations can successfully integrate AI into core business and HR processes while ensuring alignment, scalability, and leadership confidence.
