Angela Roscher is a Systems Project Manager for Store Operations at Five Below, where she helps to oversee store projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering impactful solutions for 1800+ locations. With over 15 years of experience in program and project management, Angie specializes in implementing product vision, optimizing processes, and enhancing customer experiences in the retail sector. As a member of the project team for Five Below's implementation of Legion, Angie worked cross-functionally with all aspects of the enterprise to support a smooth rollout. Partnering closely alongside HR and IT, she has been able to keep the stores' experience top of mind while ensuring process improvement, operational excellence, and sustainable adoption. Angie is passionate about collaboration between departments to help drive impactful technical solutions and process optimization for Five Below stores and customers.
