During his tenure, Andy spearheaded and modernized key HR programs like recruiting operations, global pay fairness, and compensation automation. Andy also oversees the development and deployment of AI agents and workforce analytics in the workplace, ensuring they drive efficiency while helping employees to thrive. He's instrumental in driving Salesforce’s high-performance culture that helps the company attract and retain top talent. Before joining Salesforce, Andy was the Chief Human Resources Officer at HireVue, a leading talent experience platform. Andy has a strong and consistent track record of leveraging technology to revolutionize traditional HR processes and has made significant contributions to global brands, including Dell, SunPower, and SAP. Andy holds a BBA degree in Management of Info Systems from Texas McCombs School of Business.
