Andy Valenzuela is Executive Vice President of Employee Success at Salesforce, where he leads Global Rewards and the strategy and operating functions that support Salesforce’s people organization. His remit includes Employee Success operations, HR technology and product management, workforce intelligence, and analytics. He also advises Salesforce’s Board of Directors through his work with the Compensation Committee.

At Salesforce, Andy is helping shape how AI agents change work. His teams use Agentforce to redesign Employee Success workflows, improve access to support, and give managers and employees more time for higher-value work. His broader portfolio includes Salesforce’s ongoing pay fairness work, global compensation, benefits and wellbeing, and rewards operations. Across this work, Andy brings together people, product, data, and technology to improve business performance and the employee experience.

Before Salesforce, Andy served as Chief Human Resources Officer at HireVue and Senior Vice President of Product, Technology and People at Calytera. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at SAP, SunPower, and Dell. Andy holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
