Amy Kickham

Amy Kickham is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, North America's largest beverage alcohol distributor. In this role, she leads the company's enterprise people strategy, overseeing talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, total rewards, workforce planning, employee relations, and culture initiatives that support more than 24,000 employees across the United States and Canada.  

With more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience, Amy has built a reputation as a transformative leader who aligns talent strategy with business growth. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale organizational transformations, workforce integrations, succession planning initiatives, compensation strategy redesigns, labor relations negotiations, HR technology implementations, and culture-building programs. She played a key leadership role in the integration of Southern Glazer's and Glazer's Distributors and has consistently driven measurable improvements in engagement, retention, leadership capability, and organizational performance.
