Alicia Lenart is the Head of HR Business Partners at Atlassian. With nearly 15 years' of experience driving strategy as an HR business partner and a Master of Business Administration, Alicia brings deep expertise to Atlassian where she leads the global HRBP teams across Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, Office of the CEO & M&A. Over her seven years at Atlassian, Alicia has been on the forefront of deep organisational change including the transformation to an entirely distributed work model. She is currently spearheading a company wide program driving AI upskilling, adoption and culture for non-technical workers. In addition she is leading work on how modern HR teams operate, helping customers and their teams adopt best in class teamwork and HR practices enabled by technology to unlock the potential of their teams.
