Alex Pavel is a Principal in Workday’s Value Consulting & Sales Strategy group. She works with global HR leaders and their teams to measure the ROI they can attain with Workday by consulting on future state vision. She also leads Workday’s oCHRO Solution Value Center where she develops and delivers HR thought leadership on topics such as skills strategy, talent acquisition and workforce management. Prior to joining Workday, Alex was a Senior Director at Gartner specializing in strategic HR advisory. In this role, she worked with CHROs to develop and execute their most important initiatives across talent management and total rewards. She also has an extensive research background, having spent 5 years in CEB’s Financial Service Practice in London where she served as a thought partner for Heads of Retail and Commercial Banking across EMEA and APAC. Alex holds an M.A. in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a B.A. in Government and Law from Cornell University. She is currently based in Philadelphia, PA.
