Adam Sherman is the Vice President of Growth Strategy at Cornerstone, a leading provider of AI-driven workforce solutions. In this role, Adam is responsible for accelerating growth across the company’s largest commercial organization. He leads the go-to-market strategy and execution for Cornerstone’s most innovative offerings, including the Learning Experience Portfolio, the Content Business, Immersive Learning, and SkyHive, Cornerstone’s skills intelligence and workforce planning platform. Adam also oversees Cornerstone’s most strategic partnerships and its broader ecosystem strategy. Prior to Cornerstone, Adam was a member of the executive leadership team at EdCast, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the business and leading it through a successful acquisition. Earlier in his career, Adam led the IT Industry portfolio at the World Economic Forum, where he worked with the world’s top technology companies on the future of work and digital transformation initiatives. Adam also served for nine years as a member of the Highland Park (New Jersey) Board of Education. He holds two master’s degrees from Rutgers University: an MBA and a Master’s in Public Policy.
