Adam Sherman

Adam Sherman is Vice President, Strategy & Ecosystem at Cornerstone OnDemand, where he leads strategic growth initiatives across partnerships, emerging technology, and go-to-market strategy. His work focuses on building new growth engines for the business, developing strategic technology and consulting partnerships, and helping some of the world’s largest organizations apply AI, workforce intelligence, and skills technology to complex talent and business challenges. 

Prior to Cornerstone, Adam served as Vice President of Growth at EdCast, where he helped scale the company’s enterprise and public sector business through its acquisition by Cornerstone. Earlier in his career, Adam was part of the Information and Communication Technology Industries team at the World Economic Forum, where he worked with global business leaders on initiatives focused on the future of work, technology, skills, and workforce transformation. 

Adam also spent nine years in elected public service on the Highland Park, New Jersey Board of Education, including serving as Board President
