As Chief Strategy Officer, Adam leads the global teams at Benifex, whose global platform is live in over 100 countries across the world, supporting more than five million employees in over 3,000 organizations to deliver exceptional total reward and benefits experiences. Adam has worked with organizations such as Bank of America, EDF, Molson Coors and Salesforce to create personalized benefits experiences through technology, communications, benefit enrolment and Total Reward Statements. Prior to joining Benifex, Adam spent over ten years with Grant Thornton, including in roles supporting organizations with their people and culture agenda.
