The conversation will explore how women leaders can better articulate impact, gain recognition for strategic contributions, and better position behind-the-scenes leadership work as advancement-ready experience.

We’ll examine what breaks down first when this “invisible work” isn’t done well and why it feels like this effort is expected but not valued. You’ll leave this conversation with a strong sense of how to better position this “behind the scenes” work as leadership rather than support.
