Bringing a Product Mindset to HR
Traditionally, HR has been viewed as a set of services or functions—recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and so on. But what if we reframe HR, not as a collection of processes, but as a product that we design, deliver, and continuously improve for our customers—our employees, managers, and candidates? When we think of a product, we think of something that solves a problem, meets a need, and delivers value. Products are designed with the user in mind, iterated based on feedback, and measured for effectiveness.
This presentation is about shifting our mindset and thinking about HR as though it was a product to be consumed by your employees, a product that they have a choice if they want to consume.
