Make the best use of your time leading up to the world’s largest HR technology Expo by taking part in the HR Technology Partnership Summit. We’ll provide the meeting space and the technology for you to effortlessly arrange one-on-one meetings with your current or potential new partners. All the players will be in town for HR Tech already, so there’s no better time to arrange partnering meetings face-to-face!
How will partnering discussions happen?
A few weeks prior to the summit, you’ll be prompted to review the list of HR tech service providers that will be in attendance and be able to send a request to those with whom you'd like to have a 30-minute meeting. Additionally, you’ll be able to review meeting requests from others. Meeting requests can be accepted or declined by either party. It is OK to decline a meeting request if you feel the request is not a fit.
Our robust scheduling platform is designed to streamline finding potential partners and subsequently book meetings with them. It’s a great time saver.
At the summit, you’ll meet at the designated time with your selected potential partners for 30 minutes. You’ll access our scheduling platform to see your designated meeting times and to read the profiles of those you are meeting with.

8:45 - 9:30 a.m. | Session | 6 Key Ways Alliance Managers Have Successfully Created Value with an HR Technology Partnership
This presentation looks at how two alliance managers have built a successful partnership. The focus is on six specific elements that have led to value creation for the partner companies and customers. The presenters will provide a case study on how a strategic alliance between two HR tech companies grew following a transformational merger of one of the partners. Paying attention to the six items identified here directly contributed to this success. The six items identified are steps that have been put into practice to produce results in growing the alliance. They can be applied other Partnership Managers in their organization to make things happen. When Ultimate Software merged with Kronos to form UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) the goal was to merge the partner programs and marketplaces of these two organizations. The merger doubled the size of each company, placed their strategic partnerships into one united program, and resulted in more products and solutions available to customers. This presentation will examine issues faced by UKG and a strategic partner, HRSoft, following the merger, lessons learned along the way and how success was achieved. |
