HiringNode will debut governed AI candidate screening for defensible hiring. It sits on top of an employer's existing ATS and requires human approval of locked job criteria before any AI screening runs. Every decision is written to a tamper-evident record the employer owns, so HR and legal teams can show how each one was made. HiringNode is also onboarding design partners during the event.
