HR professionals are so busy managing the business and dealing with employee relations issues. When an employee has a sick child, we’re empathetic; however, it can be a vastly different experience when HR leaders have their own family crisis. In a world where we strive to have precise insights, reliable data, and control over outcomes, having the right technology tools and well-trained team in place during unpredictable and stressful situations diminishes disruptions while valuing and empowering employees. This session examines the confluence of work, family, and uncertainty and how one HR leader and her team continued business as usual.
