Leadership Lessons Learned at the Pediatric Hospital
HR professionals are so busy managing the business and dealing with employee relations issues. When an employee has a sick child, we’re empathetic; however, it can be a vastly different experience when HR leaders have their own family crisis. In a world where we strive to have precise insights, reliable data, and control over outcomes, having the right technology tools and well-trained team in place during unpredictable and stressful situations diminishes disruptions while valuing and empowering employees.
