Like many growing companies, CrowdStrike faced the challenge of managing a high volume of repeated HR questions— made more complex by factors like employee location, tenure, and role. Manual responses quickly became unsustainable, prompting the need for an intelligent, automated solution.
In response, the team developed their own internal application (accessible via Slack and connected to HR tech systems, including Workday, ServiceNow, and others) to deliver instant, personalized answers at scale. Designed for ease of use, the system allows non-technical HR staff to manage content while offering a seamless experience for employees. Additionally, they built in escalation paths for moments where a human interaction is still required.
They also use the platform for proactive engagement—sending reminders, check-ins, and surveys—creating a data-rich environment that improves both employee experience and HR efficiency.
