HR Tech is Ready to Welcome You Back Safely

Our primary goal is to host a safe and rewarding conference for all participants. We look forward to bringing the industry back together again for the meaningful in-person interactions that we’ve all missed for nearly 2 years. To support these outcomes, we’ve determined the best way to help everyone feel more comfortable as well as to provide a further wellness safeguard is to require all HR Tech 2021 participants show proof of vaccination against COVID-19.

HR Tech is committed to following all health and safety measures as issued by local, state and federal authorities, including Mandalay Bay and the Centers for Disease Control. As guidelines at all levels are changing frequently, please monitor this page for any updates to our policies.

Health & Safety Measures
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination Required

Everyone who plans to be in attendance at HR Tech 2021 must provide proof they are vaccinated against COVID-19. To assist with a simple and safe verification process of COVID-19 vaccinations, HR Tech is using Health Pass by CLEAR to provide a secure, digital proof of your COVID vaccination via the free CLEAR mobile app. Once on-site at HR Tech, attendees will use the CLEAR Health Pass credentials to gain entry into the event.

Every attendee should plan to enroll and add their record of COVD-19 vaccination with CLEAR at least 24 hours before their arrival at HR Tech. For the purposes of right of entry to HR Tech 2021, a person is considered vaccinated:

  • 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, or
  • 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine

This guidance applies to COVID-19 vaccines authorized for emergency use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (i.e., Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, and Johnson and Johnson (J&J)/Janssen COVID-19 vaccines), and COVID-19 vaccines authorized for emergency use by the World Health Organization (i.e., AstraZeneca/Oxford, Covishield, Sinopharm, and Sinovac), on or before September 14, 2021. The full list of vaccines with final WHO EUL/PQ evaluation status is available here.
