Our professional photographer will take attendees' pictures that will be featured on 8" x 10" mock-ups of the cover of Human Resource Executive® magazine. SOLD - Attendee Bags $24,500
The first item spoken for almost every year. Each conference registrant receives a top quality bag imprinted with your two-color logo and the conference logo. This sponsorship provides great exposure long after the event has ended as attendees take the bags home to use.
Internet Café $18,500
This sponsorship is one our attendees like the most! We will set up eight workstations in the exhibit hall where attendees can surf the net and check their email. We'll set the default on the web browser to your company's home page and produce a four-color drop-down sign over the café that recognizes you as a sponsor. Got mouse pads with your company's logo? Bring them and we'll set them out there too!
Registration Area $18,500
Your company's logo will be one of the first things attendees see as we include your four-color art on the kick panels of the registration units where they pick up their credentials. Add to all this the signage we will produce for this area right outside the show floor and you've got yourself the first big visibility of any company participating in the event.
SOLD - Shuttle Bus $17,500
Your logo will appear on attractive signage on the buses themselves as well as on the signs at the pick-up and drop-off points. We’ll be running shuttles from the Hyatt Regency on Wacker Drive. This is a great way to make your company the first and last name every attendee sees each day!

We'll supply signage that no one will miss! Up to three companies can sponsor this item.
Audience Response System $13,000
Your company will be front and center at four of our best attended sessions during the conference when you sponsor the system that allows attendees to vote on questions posed at the sessions with the results immediately shown on the video screens. Your logo will appear on cling stickers on the handheld units that every attendee will use to vote and we’ll also put your logo up on the video screens before and after the sessions. Finally, we’ll provide signage at the entrance to the rooms where these sessions are held.
SOLD - Expo Hall Aisle Signs $11,000
We'll incorporate your company's logo with the show logo on four-color drop down aisle signs in the exhibit hall. This year's floor plan guarantees a minimum of seven back to back signs. A great way to get your company in front of attendees as they navigate the exhibit hall.
Program Materials $10,500
Serve as the sponsor of the program materials that are made available online and you'll have a sponsorship that lasts well after the event. We'll print a four-color insert with your company's logo for the attendees with the password to access all the materials from the event. Then your link and logo will appear prominently on our home page for months after the event.

Ride the technology wave and be the exclusive sponsor of the conference's ongoing stream of Twitter messages. We’ll produce your company’s four-color logo on signage outside the press room, use your company’s home page as the default home page on the computers in the room and give you the exclusive opportunity to furnish cups and napkins for the refreshments we’ll provide. USB Flash Drive $6,000
Keep your name at our attendees' fingertips by placing branded flash drives in the hands of every full conference attendee. You provide the flash drives, we'll place them in the attendee bags -- and you'll gain ongoing visibility and tie your brand to immediate access to essential information when you position yourself on this valuable tool that attendees will use and re-use long after they leave the conference.

We'll place the notepads that you provide on tables at the general sessions and at the entrance to each session room throughout the event. Attendees will use them to take notes during the meeting and won't be able to miss your marketing message as they write!

We will feature a complimentary dessert in the expo hall following Wednesday's luncheon. We'll be sure to link your company's name to an event that everyone will enjoy. Schedule of Events $5,000/day
Your logo will be featured on a flyer listing out the following day’s schedule of events, which will be delivered to attendees’ guest rooms each evening.
SOLD - Exhibitor Lounge $4,000
Are you marketing to the exhibitors? If so, then this is the sponsorship for you. Get your message in front of our exhibitors as they head into this lounge, stocked with beverages and snacks. Tables and chairs are provided, so be sure to bring literature that exhibitors can browse through as they take a break from the show floor.

Get the attendees off to a great start — and get them thinking about your company — first thing in the morning. Each breakfast will feature your company's logo prominently displayed on professionally produced signs near many food and beverage stations. Your company will be the exclusive provider of the pens used at registration. The pens that you provide with your company’s logo will be one of the first sponsored items that attendees see and carry with them throughout the conference.
